Service Description
A Follow-up Visit is a type of office visit after you are established with Dr. Sofka, or have done an initial visit. Follow-up visits include a discussion regarding how you are feeling at the time of your visit, how your last OMT visit went, or anything new that may be bothering you. Depending on how your life or health has been changing, Dr. Sofka gears each visit to your unique needs and goals. This visit is for babies, children, adults, and elderly.
